GM 210/PLC Builgur Polishing is RaD Project supported by TUBITAK. Crushed Wheat passing through the bush of the machine is mixed with compression of pallets on the shaft at the same time while giving water with automatic water supply system according to the capacity set by the operator. During kneading, remaining crushing shells are removed. Bulgur is provided to receive a more natural colour. For capacity control; screw valve and pneumatic product cutting bolt which is sensitive for ampere to save the motor are used.
